Terms and Conditions

A. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services made available on or through quickit.in and/or the Quickit mobile app (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms include our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

B. The Terms constitute a binding legal contract between Quickit ("we", "us", or "our"), and you, a user of the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to bind yourself to these Terms.

1. Services

(a) Quickit provides a Platform that enables you to schedule home-based services with independent third-party professionals ("Service Professionals").

(b) Quickit does not provide the "Pro Services" directly. Service Professionals are solely responsible for the services they offer. [cite_start]Service Professionals are not employees, agents, or partners of Quickit. [cite: 18, 20, 25, 29]

(c) The Platform is intended for use only within India, specifically serving Lucknow.

2. Account Creation

(a) To avail Services, you must create an account and be at least 18 years of age. [cite: 53, 55]

(b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are liable for all activities that take place through your account. [cite: 58, 59]

3. Bookings and Cancellations

(a) Orders: The Platform permits you to request services based on available slots. [cite_start]Confirmation will be provided through the app or website. [cite: 94, 98]

(b) Cancellations: Quickit reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if you cancel a request after a Service Professional has been allotted or arrived. [cite: 100, 141]

4. Pricing, Fees, and Payment

(a) Charges: You agree to pay the Service Professional the amount indicated at the time of booking, plus any additional material costs or out-of-pocket expenses. [cite: 109]

(b) Convenience Fees: Quickit may charge a convenience fee for facilitating the booking. [cite_start]All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes. [cite: 110, 125]

(c) Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We are not liable for errors caused by the payment processor.

5. Customer Conduct

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interest in the Services and Platform remain the property of Quickit. [cite_start]You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Platform for personal use only. [cite: 215, 216]

7. Limitation of Liability

Quickit is a platform connecting users to professionals. We are not liable for any acts or omissions of the Service Professionals, including damage to property. [cite_start]Our total liability shall not exceed INR 10,000. [cite: 243, 267]

8. Governing Law
